The cost of hiring furniture depends on the quantity and the period of lease. For example, we can hire out items for a single photo shoot or, on the other hand, for a 4 to 6 week pre-auction campaign. These periods are not fixed and can be extended upon negotiation.
We can lend a few items, or fit out a whole house depending on your needs. We work within your budget to achieve the best outcome. We can accommodate all budgets from partial styling with accessories all the way up to full property makeovers.
Remember that property styling is not just for upmarket properties – every location and budget can benefit from property styling!

The cost of hiring includes the following:

  • Hire cost per house/unit
  • Transportation
  • Set-up or assembly of furniture
  • Collection at the end of agreed period

Our campaigns typically last for 5 weeks to 6 weeks and include delivery, installation, professional styling, hanging of artwork and pick-up.

  2. If you are happy to go ahead with the quote, please sign the documents and pay a deposit. We can then allocate all the required furniture and accessories for your property
  3. Protect the hired furniture for the period you hold
  4. Pay the balance of payment upon completion of our styling

This is a decision the home owner will need to make. We tend to find that those that vacate the property for the duration of the campaign gain better results as the property is always presented in a clean and tidy state. However, this is not a requirement and is entirely up to the home owner.

Absolutely, it’s never too late. Ideally, property styling/home staging should be completed before consulting your agent. This will provide the agent with a strong first impression of your property and therefore, they will most likely market it at a better price.
If your property is already on the market, please get in touch with us at the earliest. We can advise you as to whether we can offer a priority service to get your property showcased at its best for your upcoming property inspections.

We are experienced professional stylists available on call at Temple Trees. We have years of experience in interior designing including contemporary, traditional, rustic and industrial styling. As such, we ask that the trust is placed on our knowledge of the market, current trends and your potential buyers. We kindly request that you allow us to take care of the selection of all furniture and styling items.

We will advise you whether any of your existing pieces of furniture will suit the overall look and style of your property so that you can achieve the best outcome for selling your home.

Unless the furniture piece fits in with the design and is the optimum piece for the property, for maximum impact we recommend the removal of all other furniture. Beds may stay in the property if not required elsewhere.
